This is something I recently shared with my students and I thought it would make sense to share it here as well. These affirmations do not only have to apply to students so feel free to take what works and leave the rest.
Positive affirmations are more than some silly hippy fad - there is some evidence that they really do help with motivation and self-esteem. Which both help us be academically successful. With that in mind, I leave you with the following positive affirmations for students. Pick one (or two or more) and make it yours. Write it on a sticky note and say it each morning/evening on your way to school. Or something like that. :)
